To ensure the safety of both our clients and our company, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following terms and conditions before using our services.

By placing an order with Zeltech Pro Cleaning via phone, email, or our website, you are acknowledging and accepting our terms and conditions.

By accepting the proposal or quote for cleaning services provided by Zeltech Pro Cleaning, you are entering into an agreement with us and accepting the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Zeltech Pro Cleaning agrees to provide hospitality, residential, and commercial cleaning services to the Client at an address specified by the Client.

Our cleaning service entails the following:

Char Services
Once-off Cleaning
Post-Renovation Cleaning
Window Cleaning
Office Cleaning
Post-Construction Cleaning (After Builders)
Retail Cleaning Solutions
Educational Facility Cleaning
Post-Event Cleaning
Mattress Cleaning
Upholstery and Carpet Cleaning
Rug and Mattress Cleaning
Bird Spike Supply

The Client may make a booking either in person, by call, by email, Whatsapp and/or on the Zeltech Pro Cleaning website.

Any price quoted by Zeltech Pro Cleaning is based on the information provided by the Client. The quote is valid for a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the quote.

All appointments must allow Zeltech Pro Cleaning access to the property as well as running water and electricity.

Zeltech Pro Cleaning has an estimated arrival time of 15-30 minutes before the appointment time.

We kindly request that payment be made on the same day as the cleaning service. Payment options include cash and/or electronic funds transfer (EFT) upon completion of the service.

In the event that the Client fails to settle the account promptly after the services have been rendered or within 30 (thirty) days thereafter, Zeltech Pro Cleaning reserves the right to report the Client as a default payer to the appropriate credit bureaus such as Trans Union ITC and Experian. (Legal action may be taken).

Zeltech Pro Cleaning reserves the right to hold the Client liable for any legal costs, including attorney fees, in the event of a breach of any term of this agreement. The Client shall also be responsible for all necessary debt collection expenses as per the Debt Collectors Act 114 of 1998.

The Client has the right to cancel a scheduled cleaning job up to 24 hours before the agreed starting time.

If the Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to pay a 50% cancellation fee based on the original quote.

In the event that the Client fails to provide unrestricted access to the premises, the Client agrees to pay a 50% cancellation fee based on the original quote, plus any travel costs incurred by Zeltech Pro Cleaning.

We value our clients’ time and resources and ask that all changes to the scheduled appointment time be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any inconvenience or additional costs.

Before starting the cleaning work, the Client is required to do an inspection together with an employee of Zeltech Pro Cleaning.

During the inspection, any broken or damaged items will be listed by a Zeltech Pro Cleaning employee.

Zeltech Pro Cleaning provides free moving  around services for couches, chairs, and tables. However, if the furniture weighs more than 30 kilograms or has electronics or breakables, the Client is responsible for moving them ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in cleaning around these items.

Zeltech Pro Cleaning also reserves the right to discontinue the job if, during the inspection, the material or item to be cleaned is not suitable for cleaning or treatment.

Zeltech Pro Cleaning cannot guarantee that no harm or damage will occur to the articles, carpets, windows, blinds, curtains, or any other items during the cleaning process.

Therefore, it is essential to note that while delivering its cleaning services, some harm or damage may occur, and the client needs to take responsibility for any such occurrences.

Carpets often have different wear and tear, resulting in inconsistent appearances after cleaning.

Sunlight can cause fading in some areas of the carpet, which cleaning cannot rectify. Additionally, some stains may not be visible before the cleaning process, and it may not be possible to remove them completely.

It is crucial for the Client to understand these possibilities before engaging with Zeltech Pro Cleaning services.

It is the responsibility of the Client to report any poor service, breakage, accidents, damage, or theft within 24 hours of the service date. Failure to do so will result in the Client not being entitled to a refund for recovery cleaning.

Zeltech Pro Cleaning will take up to two working days to respond to any complaints received.

In the event of damage, accident, or theft, Zeltech Pro Cleaning will attempt to repair or replace the affected item(s) if it is deemed responsible. However, the cost of repair or replacement will not exceed R500.00.

If the Client is dissatisfied with the cleaning service provided (poor service) and has reported the issue within 24 hours of the completion of the job, Zeltech Pro Cleaning reserves the right to send a cleaner back to the location and re-clean any area or item to the satisfaction of the Client.

Despite any provisions in this Agreement, and although Zeltech Pro Cleaning assures to make every effort to ensure that the work is of the highest standard, no warranty can be given.

The Client hereby agrees to waive all claims for any harm, loss (including consequential losses), or damages against Zeltech Pro Cleaning, its employees, agents, mandataries, or any other persons connected in some way to such work. This includes any claims arising from any cause whatsoever.

Zeltech Pro Cleaning does have insurance coverage for public or employer liability.

If either party breaches any provision of this agreement, the party that has been harmed shall provide written notice to the other party. The offending party will have 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of notice to rectify the issue causing the complaint.

The Client agrees in terms of Section 45 of the Magistrate’s Court Act 32 of 1944 to the Jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court which has jurisdiction in terms of Section 28 of the same Act in respect of any legal proceedings which may result from the conclusion of any contract between the Client and Zeltech Pro Cleaning or which may relate thereto, notwithstanding that the amount of the claim may exceed the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court provided that Zeltech Pro Cleaning is entitled in its discretion to institute any such legal proceedings in any other competent court and the Client hereby agrees to subject him/her/itself to the jurisdiction of any such competent court which has jurisdiction.
