6. Service Agreement Terms

The following terms apply when you engage Zeltech Pro for any of our services. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or accepting a service agreement, you enter into a binding contract with us based on these terms.

6.1 Scope of Services
  • Zeltech Pro agrees to provide professional cleaning, hygiene, and maintenance services to the Client.
  • The specific details of the services, including frequency, schedule, and any special requirements, will be outlined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Scope of Work (SOW).
  • Once signed by both parties, this document forms an integral part of this agreement.
6.2 Quotations and Contracts
  • All quotations are valid for a period of 14 (fourteen) days.
  • A contract for services is established once the Client provides written acceptance of a proposal or quotation.
6.3 Payment Terms

One-Off Services: Payment is due on the day the service is completed.

Recurring Contracts: Invoices are payable within 30 (thirty) days from the invoice date.

Late payments may incur interest and may result in the suspension of services. The Client will be liable for any legal or debt collection costs related to overdue payments.

6.4 Cancellation and Termination

One-Off Services: A cancellation fee of 50% of the original quote applies if a service is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Recurring Contracts: A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required for termination by either party.

6.5 Client Obligations
  • The Client must provide safe and unrestricted access to the premises, including necessary utilities such as water and electricity.
  • The Client is responsible for securing or removing valuables, fragile items, and confidential documents before the service begins.
6.6 Confidentiality and Security

Zeltech Pro and its employees will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information and documents encountered on the Client’s premises. Employees will comply with all security protocols and procedures provided by the Client.

6.7 Health, Safety, and Insurance
  • Zeltech Pro holds comprehensive public and employer liability insurance.
  • Any claims for damage or theft must be reported in writing within 24 hours of the incident.
  • The company will investigate and handle all valid claims through its insurance provider, subject to the terms of the insurance policy.
6.8 Quality of Service and Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion. Zeltech Pro reserves the right to re-clean any affected area to the Client’s satisfaction in order to resolve a valid complaint.

6.9 Limitation of Liability

The company’s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the extent of its public liability insurance coverage. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit or business interruption.

6.10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action. The Client consents to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court.

7. Changes to These Terms

Zeltech Pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website and our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
