DPP 28 is an alkaline, solvent content water-based degreaser, designed for all industries where heavy-duty cleaning is needed. The product has been formulated to cut through heavy oil, grease and other carbonaceous deposits from concrete steel and other surfaces to allow quick efficient cleaning. DPP 28 has no flash point, gives off no objectionable odours and has excellent rinsing properties that minimize streaking and spotting.
Application procedure:
DPP 28 is best applied by pressure spray. It is also used for foam cleaning through foamizer units as well as for steam, bucket, and brush cleaning.
Heavy Duty Cleaning:
Dilute DPP 28 one (1) part concentrate on ten (10) parts water or one (1) part concentrate on one (1) part water for heavily contaminated surfaces.
Maintenance Cleaning:
Dilute DPP 28 one (1) part concentrate on twenty (20) to a hundred (100) parts water.
Pre-wet hot surfaces prior to application. Apply DPP 28 and allow maximum contact time.
Apply through a foaming unit to maximize contact time on vertical surfaces. Follow with high-pressure rinse.
THE CONCENTRATE IS NOT SAFE ON PAINTED SURFACES.
